Zoom, Zoom, Zoom!
While social distancing measures may mean that face-to-face meetings are a ‘no go’ for the time being, I am pleased to let you know that we can still hold our regular review meetings via the medium of Zoom Video Conferencing!
If you want to hold a Zoom meeting with me then you will need a laptop, PC or tablet with a camera and microphone (most laptops and tablets have these inbuilt). We will then send you an email with details on how to join the meeting and some basic checks you can do to ensure that the meeting runs as smoothly as possible.
For a short tutorial on how to join a Zoom meeting, please feel free to watch the video below:
During a Zoom call we will be able to see each other and discuss the things we usually would during a regular face-to-face meeting. I will also be able to ‘share’ my screen, so we can both look at any documents or information as necessary.
If you would like to set up a Zoom video call with me or if you would like to learn more about how to do this, please feel free to get in touch.
For those who do not have the necessary technology for a video call, then we can still have a meeting using the good old telephone!
